An off-the-beaten-path walking tour to explore places of worship and ancient palaces guarding astonishing treasures of Venetian art and architecture. A must see in this itinerary is the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista, the architectural gem of the district and the oldest of the six lay fraternities that still exist in Venice.
